Central location if you want to be within walking distance of Times Square and many other central attractions. So many choices of food nearby, and Bryant Park only 5 minutes away - a real Oasis of calm in the city that never sleeps.

PERFECT location if you want to be steps away from Times Square and/or Hell’s Kitchen!!! Restaurants and authentic pizza right across the street!!! We also walked to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City, and Broadway.. The furthest was Central Park, but less than 30 min. Away. My friend and I were surprised that there was no charge for a cot, microwave, or fridge. There’s also an Nespresso machine and the staff will provide more pods when you ask. They also had a water filter machine with empty water bottles that you can fill.. Great plus! I was worried about the New York version of hospitality, but the staff were all FANTASTIC and SUPER FRIENDLY! Shout out to Kelly, Ricardo, and Xavier for politely answering our many, many questions! - This hotel offers an excellent location just steps from Broadway and Times Square. - While hotels directly on Times Square tend to be noisy, this property's position one street away provides a surprisingly quiet atmosphere. - The staff was great and helpful - Check-in was very easy - Complimentary bottled water was available in the hallways for guests. - The value per night wasn't bad compared to other hotels - Plenty of hot water for shower.

A lovely hotel. Felt like a little boutique hotel. It was immaculate. The staff were so friendly. Check in was really straight forward. Free bottles to refill with filtered water. Coffee machines in room and additional free tea and coffee in the lovely quiet communal lounge area. The room was very well equipped. The bathroom was luxurious with the nicest toiletries, in large eco bottles. The cleaning services worked really well, you could as for a full clean or just towel top up. Our room was lovely and quiet with fab heating during chilly February. Out of 5 visits to NYC over the past 10 years - this hotel has absolutely knocked the others out of the park! I would highly recommend!

Location, location, location. The hotel is on 45th Street. Rockefeller Center to the north, Grand Central to the east, Bryant Park to the south, and Times Square to the west. For first-time visitors to New York City, it is probably the best location to sightsee Manhattan, with almost all the subway lines within a short walking distance. The hotel itself is on a quiet street and we had no issue with noise throughout our 9-night stay. My room was on the "Penthouse" floor (floor 13) which gave us a nice view of the city and a glimpse of the spire of the Empire State Building which I greatly appreciate. It's big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The heater was toasty, and on hotter days, the window could be opened a few inches to let the cool breeze outside in. What I appreciate is the common area in the lobby which has free coffee (regular and decaf), hot water, tea, and sparkling water available 24/7. It's nice to just hang down there before going out, or after a stroll into the city before going back up into the room.

The location of this hotel is great - perfectly situated between Times Square, Bryant Park and Rockefellar: you can walk to a Broadway show, Top of the Rock, or shops on 5th Avenue within a 10 minute radius. The hotel is unassuming and on a quiet block but the staff are providing 5 star service : truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at, especially considering the very affordable price. We felt safe inside the hotel, as well as on the street when we walked outside. We were expecting small hotel rooms for New York (we got your basic cheapest room available), and they were very comfortably sized and the beds were large as well. Bathrooms only had a shower, if that matters to you, but worked fine for us. The lobby serves coffee, tea and water (still and sparkling) all day, and is a great place to hang out during the day when you need a break, or a little blast of Air Conditioning. There are many cheap food options in the area as well, and we were able to bring food back and enjoy it in the back lobby area at tables - a great way to save money but still feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone searching - do yourself a favor, stop searching different hotels and stay here!

This hotel surpassed all our expectations: its location is perfect for exploring the city, with Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Terminal, NY Public Library, Bryant Park, Broadway theatres just a few minutes' walk away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, a big compliment to them :) We loved the Club Living Room where we could relax with a cup of tea (free). Our room was quite big, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was correct. Despite being next to a busy street, the room was completely quiet. The wifi was very fast. You can get a delicious breakfast at Cafe Manhattan across the street from the hotel, but we also recommend the Grand Terminal Dining Concourse or the bakeries around Bryant Park.

The location is perfect, close to all sights. The beds are comfortable, the room we got was big enough. This was our second stay in the hotel and for these few days we got a bigger room than previously. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The room was quiet enough.
